Born in Miami, Florida, Stephanie Arcila has gained recognition as a rising crossover actress, starring in various telenovelas for leading networks, including Telemundo Studios, Univision and roles with multiple American networks. In what is sure to be one of her biggest and most dramatic roles, she will soon be seen in the role of Rosie Rivera in Telemundo’s highly-anticipated miniseries, “Mariposa de Barrio,” which tells the life story of the late Jenni Rivera.
Rendering her skills as a versatile actress, her other work includes appearances in ABC's “Black-ish,” CBS’ “Supergirl” and as Clemencia in the hit telenovela, “Corazón Apasionado,” which was broadcasted to over 50 countries on Univision and produced by Venevision Studios. She has also appeared in commercials for some of the nation’s largest companies, including Taco Bell, Time Warner Cable, AT&T and DermaCare.
When she’s off set, Stephanie enjoys staying active by hiking Los Angeles’ many trails and dancing Salsa.
Holding dual American and Colombian citizenship, she is fluent in both Spanish and English and resides in Los Angeles.
